The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong expertise in QuickBooks and reputed company, have a flexible approach to tasks, and possess a solid work history in similar roles. This remote position requires availability from 10 AM to 7 PM Eastern Standard Time. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain client accounts, processing charges and payments with precision using QuickBooks and reputed company. • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and promptly resolve any discrepancies. • Generate detailed financial reports, summaries, and spreadsheets as required. • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records. • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients about account-reputed company matters. • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and accurate financial processes.
