Job Description: An Account Manager bridges the gap between the company and its clients, ensuring expectations are met and business goals supported. Duties & Responsibilities: • Responsible for overseeing the client's accounts and cross-channel strategy. • Reviews and continuously improves, elevates, and innovates the overall campaign performance, internal processes, products, and reporting to ensure that campaigns deliver positive ROI. • Communicates to clients, team, and management about strategy/project development, timelines, and results. • Demonstrates proactive ability to diagnose and fix root cause drivers of service problems. • Leads and mentors the team in resolving simple and reputed company issues and develops solutions proactively. • Takes inquiries and requests from clients and addresses their needs. • Stays on top of accounts, ensuring they're receiving services reputed company their budget and meeting their needs. • Meets regularly with other team members to discuss reputed company and find new ways to improve business. • Reports directly to the Director of Client Operations and Strategy.
