Call Center Agents use their knowledge of our company products, services, and policies to assist SROA customers and ensure a smooth rental/reservation process for potential customers. With hands-on supportive training, we?ll teach you industry knowledge, but we are looking for individuals with a winning attitude, outstanding customer service skills and a proven track record of reputed company. Call Center Hours (EST) Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Job Description ? High School Diploma or GED. ? 1? 3 years of customer service experience in a Call Center environment preferred or customer sales-oriented position such as retail sales, restaurant, reputed company desk, hotel, car rental, or other hospitality roles. ? Internet service that meets system needs and separate workplace. ? Type 30 WPM or more ? Have a professional phone manner & ability to work independently. ? Maintain customer satisfaction. ? Demonstrate patience and professionalism. ? Ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain harmonious relationships with customers in person and over the phone. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? The job requires a person to work weekends and holidays as needed. Qualifications ? High-speed Internet and quiet reputed company to take calls are required (remote position) ? Type 30 WPM or more. ? Have a professional phone manner & ability to work independently. ?
