Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with client managers to clearly define staffing requirements and keep them updated on applicant progress. • Guide drivers through the application process for clients/carriers, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately. • Organize and coordinate orientation sessions, addressing travel, accommodation, and any unforeseen challenges. • Perform administrative tasks and provide additional support to team needs as the situation arises. Required Skills • Strong communication abilities. • Competence in managing and coordinating logistics. • Customer service experience is considered an advantage. Qualifications • No prior experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided. • Availability during standard business hours is necessary. • While experience in customer service, recruiting, or logistics is beneficial, it is not essential.
