Requirements For Position • Required 4-year bachelor’s degree; MBA, MHA, MS preferred • Minimum of (3-5) years’ experience working with key thought leaders or high influence customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations with a concentration in Oncology or other reputed company/organized healthcare setting • reputed company key account management experience with reputed company acquisition processes (buy and reputed company, SP, SD, etc.) calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks. • Ability to establish and maintain executive relationships (C Suite and Pharmacy Director) in health systems and oncology clinics/practices. • Superior communication, teamwork, and ability to work in a high matrix environment. • Strong project management experience, including superior analytical and planning skills. • Demonstrated leadership skills and managing others with Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • > 60% travel expected.
