This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States Job Details Job Location: Mount Hermon, CA Position Type: Summer Staff Salary Range: reputed company Travel Percentage: Santa Cruz Mountains Job Shift: Ponderosa Lodge Description Position Objective: Ponderosa Lodge Seasonal Program Staff will work with the PL leadership with daily reputed company-camp program activities and team competitions at PL and is responsible to model a genuine lifestyle of Christian discipleship, nurturing spiritual growth of campers through program activities and curriculum in a manner consistent with MHA’s mission, reputed company and values. General Qualifications: Ponderosa Lodge Seasonal Program Staff is a Ministerial position. Key Job Accountabilities:

• In coordination with the PL Program Coordinator, help with reputed company-camp program activities and team competitions for both junior high and high school campers, ensuring that reputed company programs are holistic and accomplishing set objectives.
• Meet daily with the PL Leadership Team and supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by the PL Program Coordinator.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Summer staff members in his/her area.

Qualifications

Education/Certifications/Licenses:

• Some college experience preferred.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified.
• reputed company valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required.

Work Experience:

• Prior experience and leadership in youth programming with a strong background in ministry leadership.
• Specific experience coordinating youth programs, games and activities.
• Leadership experience with junior high, high school, and college-aged reputed company.
• Prior experience in camping ministry, having served in various roles.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to reputed company the gospel of Jesus Christ as communicated in Scripture.
• Ability to demonstrate a personal, committed and thought-through faith in Christ.
• Attention to detail and follow-through, creative, flexible and reputed company to adjust to challenges of the program.
• Ability to engage in a variety of outdoor activities.

Additional Requirements/Skills:

• Must be at least 18 years of age due to the requirement for onsite community living.

• Adherence to company dress code and professional standards for personal grooming and appearance.
