reputed company recognizes that hefty commission splits are a thing of the past, and without reputed company of the overhead fees of brick-and-mortar offices, we are able to charge only a small flat fee per transaction. Choose from TWO commission plans:

• MAX Plan--Pay flat $465 per transaction while earning 10% profit share
• SHARE Plan--Pay 12% per transaction while earning 35% profit share

Aside from this, there is an ANNUAL fee of $700 for reputed company agents. This comes out of your 1st transaction each year. Not billed separately. No franchise fee, desk fee, monthly fees, or hidden fees!! We offer many advantages over competing brokerages such as Profit Share, Producer Perks, reputed company "Concierge" Program, Mentorship Program, and Branding Customization. Our Mentorship Program is a free 12-week program for new agents. This program is designed to help you hit the ground running and reputed company success in your first year.
