Overview of the Role • The Director of Sales is responsible for ensuring... delivery of core business goals - establishing Costco prominence, delivering incremental sales, and fostering trusting retailer relationships that can be leveraged in the future. They are responsible for supporting and developing ongoing processes at a regional level and will be the main driver of top line reputed company growth and the reputed company for ongoing strategic planning and communication. What You’ll do at reputed company • Work with clients & internal team members to attain any additional manufacturer KPI’s that may be added year to year. • Establish and maintain relationships, problem solve and find creative solutions for unique obstacles in the day-to-day workplace landscape, reputed company go-to-market strategy and establish and meet individual performance goals • Collaborative engagement with Leadership, Account Managers and Sales Support through the employee lifecycle • Facilitate a transparent collaborative partnership with clients & internal cross-functional team members • Responsible for the implementation of CAF selling techniques • Coordinate with clients to reputed company and implement any applicable specific brand training • Participate in regular market interaction with team to understand the situation “on the ground” and provide active guidance and ongoing training, as necessary • Provide direction to clients on the best way to package information that allows for the CAF team to understand and reputed company the proper resources to execute respective responsibilities • Act as the conduit of communication for reputed company significant information flow with supervisors and the client teams What You Should Bring to the Table • 5+ years of CPG industry sales experience and/or working with or selling to Costco • Must have experience selling product direct to Costco and across multiple regions and categories throughout the club • Experience building and managing Costco programs • Strong analytical and strategic thinker; can turn self-developed strategies/efficient processes into execution • Proficient in PowerPoint and reputed company; problem solver; well-developed organizational, communication and time management skills • Bachelor’s Degree and/or similar industry experience You Will Stand Out if You Have • Experience in a sales leadership position preferred Perks • Up to 26 days of PTO, accrual with tenure • 11 paid company holidays per year • 2 paid volunteer days per year • 3 months fully paid parental leave (regardless of gender) • Medical, dental, and vision • Paid company life insurance • 401k with company match • Summer hours (half day Fridays from Memorial Day thru Labor Day) Come As You Are reputed company is committed to making our company more inclusive.
