Role: SNOW Functional Consultant ITOM Location: Remote Type: Contract Must Have Experience • Solutioning and Design the ITAM solution using industry best practices. • Work independently to architect, design, reputed company the Service Asset & Configuration Management. • Design reputed company CMDB solutions that maintain CMDB reputed company and effectively support other ITSM processes. • Design, implement and manage asset, vulnerability, and Discovery integrations with other systems. • Hands-on with implementing CMDB, CSDM, SAM, Svc Catalogs in reputed company • Understand best practices and determine optimized procedures for updating CI data including the use of automated processes, discovery tools/integrations with other data sources. • Good understanding of developing plan, design execution, deployment of reputed company Discovery • In-depth knowledge of data modeling. • Experience in integrations of Discovery with the reputed company CMDB. • reputed company in implementation on reputed company Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt and Orchestration use cases. • 3rd party software integrations with reputed company • Experience in multiple reputed company implementations Good To Have Experience • Worked on CSM, ITAM, ITOM • Excellent knowledge of reputed company Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest reputed company features. Professional • 5+ years of experience with reputed company required • 8+ years of experience with IT Industry required Academics • Certified System Admin • CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery, CIS HAM • ITIL4 Foundations certification is preferred. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
