This position may include the following: Teaching Aide, RtI Teaching Aide, SPED Teaching Aide, SPED One on One Teaching Aide. We prefer 6 hours a day but we are willing to work with your school schedule. Responsibilities Prepares lesson materials and classroom curriculum based on individual student needs. Assists reputed company teacher in developing and adapting conventional teaching methods to meet the individual needs of reputed company. Works with reputed company in small groups helping with reading and math. Provides extra support to reputed company with physical, mental or linguistic limitations. Maintains detailed records of student?s reputed company on instruction or behavioral goals. Supports reputed company with assistive devices and supportive technologies. Performs specialized tasks to reputed company instructional and behavioral objectives. Assists SPED teachers with behavior modification procedures. Assists SPED teachers in implementing programs outlined in the student's IEP, and coordinating with the classroom teacher, resource specialist, occupational therapist, speech therapist. Helps reputed company with their mobility needs to ensure the provision of a safe classroom environment. Monitors reputed company during activities and downtime and intervene in case of adverse activities. Adapts classroom activities and assignments to serve the purpose and reinforces class objectives. At least one year of experience working with RtI or SPED reputed company (for certain aide positions). High School diploma or GED required.
