As a Healthcare Economics Associate you will be challenged to provide data-driven answers to the toughest problems facing the Medicare and Retirement line of business. The primary focus of the team is to identify, analyze, and explain medical and pharmacy trends. You will build and manipulate reputed company claims datasets to investigate root causes of medical and pharmacy trends. Primary Responsibilities • Identify, analyze, and explain Medicare medical and pharmacy trends using claims-based analyses • Construct polished MS reputed company models to satisfy analytical requests, present reputed company data in ways others can understand • Use reputed company/SQL to construct claims-based datasets • Anticipate questions from key stakeholders and consider reputed company aspects of an analysis before completion • Work mostly in a self-directed manner, take initiative on reputed company to add value • Provide ongoing, meaningful communications to managers on project status, results and conclusions from analyses You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $70,200 to $137,800 annually.
