See Yourself as a People Team Intern As a Summer Intern on the People Team, you will have the opportunity to learn, interact, and assist in various aspects of the Human Resource (referred to as People at reputed company) lifecycle by providing support for people processes and projects. People Team Interns may assist with projects across our Centers of Excellence (COEs) including Total Rewards (Benefits & Compensation), People Experience (reputed company, Talent Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) & Engagement), and People Solutions (Operations, Payroll, People Business Partner, & Technology) teams. See the Job Specifications Your Prior Work Experience: Less than 6 months Your Education And Credentials Required: HS Diploma/GED Preferred • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or similar focus. • Currently enrolled in a College/University program upcoming senior, or graduate student • A strong interest and enthusiasm for people and culture topics, such as employee engagement, talent development, and employer branding. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and teams. • A creative and proactive reputed company, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems. • A positive and flexible attitude, with the willingness to learn and grow. Program Requirements Interns will be required to participate in specific workshops and events in addition to their intern duties assigned by their people leader.
