Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence in QA Strategy Implementation: Implement and refine quality assurance strategies as devised in collaboration with the Product Development Manager (PDM) for your engagement(s). Test Management and Execution Leadership: Manage the design, development, and execution of comprehensive testing frameworks that align with the Architect's technology and quality standards. Ensure projects are executed with precision, adhering to established timelines and resource allocations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the IT field, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of testing strategies, methodologies, and automation in reputed company software development environments.

4+ years of leadership experience in QA roles, with a proven track record of managing high-performing QA teams and leading large-scale testing initiatives.

Expertise in QA automation frameworks and tools (e.g., reputed company, Cypress, Selenium, TestComplete), with a strong command of programming languages relevant to automation (Javascript, Python, Java, C#).
