This is a fully remote position, but for training purposes our candidate must be located near the Buffalo, NY vicinity. This position requires in person training prior to becoming fully remote. We seek candidates who truly enjoy working in this field and those that possess attention to detail, time management, and take pride in their work. One year of dispatching experience preferred. Dispatching will involve communication with numerous technicians across multiple states - so this position requires a natural ability to adapt and troubleshoot in a fast paced environment In addition to dispatching, this position will also require you to answer and direct customer phone calls and emails, and to update clients on work status. Our ideal candidate will have the following skillsets:

• Attention to detail

• Adept in Technology - Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant
