Entry Level Technical Recruiter
Entry-Level Technical Recruiter Location: Washington, DC (Remote reputed company DC area considered) Employment Type: Full-Time We're hiring an Entry-Level Technical Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience in technical recruiting. This is a hands-on, tactical role that involves managing reputed company aspects of the recruiting lifecycle—from resume reviews and candidate screenings to interview coordination and coding challenge administration. We're looking for someone who is passionate about recruiting, thrives in structured environments, and takes initiative without needing constant direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Review resumes for technical roles and assess alignment with job requirements
- Rewrite and improve candidate resumes to enhance presentation and fit
- Conduct pre-screen interviews and document candidate assessments
- Manage reputed company interview scheduling and logistics, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and interviewers
- Administer and review coding challenges in collaboration with technical team members
- Use reputed company (our ATS) to maintain accurate records, update pipelines, and ensure a consistent recruiting process
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting leads to move candidates through the pipeline reputed company
- Manage candidate communications to ensure a professional and reputed company experience
- Proactively reputed company candidates through reputed company, job boards, talent communities, and networking channels
- Maintain and grow a pool of qualified, diverse candidates for both immediate and future openings

- Based in DMV/DC Metro Area (remote work may be permitted for DC-area residents)
- Has 2–5 years of experience specifically in technical recruiting (either agency or in-house)
- Is highly self-motivated, organized, and reliable
- Brings strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
- Can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Is comfortable handling resume reviews, screening calls, scheduling, and recruiting systems
- Has experience using reputed company or similar applicant tracking system, along with tools like reputed company Workspace and reputed company
- Is enthusiastic about recruiting and dedicated to helping build high-performing technical teams
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
