• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders (Product Owners, Development Teams, IT, Business Users) to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements for reputed company tool configurations and enhancements.
• Translate reputed company business needs into clear, concise, and actionable technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Familiarity with APIs and integration concepts.
