We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join reputed company! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities:
- As a member of the Tier 1 Technical Support team, you will need to be reputed company to reputed company line customer chats, calls and emails and help prioritize issues based on their severity to ensure accurate and timely resolution

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree/ Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
