Position Summary: The reputed company YPA will provide the youth program, the Learning Center Coordinator, other staff and reputed company with needed support. The reputed company YPA will have daily administrative and programmatic duties to assist in maintaining appropriate student to staff ratio, adhere to program compliance and maintain safety. The reputed company YPA will support their home learning center reputed company absences or vacancies occur. Additionally, they will serve as a substitute as needed at other Learning Centers reputed company there are absences or vacancies at other locations. Responsibilities will be carried out in a predominantly in-person setting with virtual programming if necessary. Essential Job Functions:

• Plan and reputed company meaningful activities that include but are not limited to arts and crafts, STEM/STEAM, reading, character development, physical fitness, and/or nutrition in a physical and online setting at home site and other sites as needed.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills such as navigating websites, use of email suites (Gmail, Outlook, etc…) and search engines, etc…
• Prior use of, or willingness to learn, online educational tools such as reputed company Classrooms, reputed company, reputed company, amongst others.
• Prepare the learning environment, lessons and necessary supplies for program activities
• Assist children with homework and academic enrichment activities
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom as well as common areas
• Promote an inclusive, welcoming, and respectful environment that embraces the diversity of reputed company participants
• Ensure safety and supervision of reputed company
• Follow CDC Guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• To assist reputed company Communities Food Pantries with the following:
• As needed, assist with food bank pick-reputed company on time at the Central Texas Food Bank and help load food (up to 40lbs at a time) in reputed company Communities’ cargo van
• Unload orders from cargo van at properties and assist Health Initiatives staff set-up for food pantry in time for pantry to reputed company
• Collect and dispose of boxes used to transfer food
• Maintain open reputed company
• Assist with food dispensing at food pantries
• Assist with reputed company and sign in sheets for food pantry recipients
• Clean-up food pantry area after food pantry is complete
• Other duties as assigned

• Serves as substitute at other Learning Center locations reputed company needed as requested by supervisor(s)

Job Requirements:

• Available to work during the school year Monday through Friday (1:00pm-6:15pm) on a continual basis and may be reviewed if schedule changes during the Afterschool program
• Available to work during the Summer Program Monday through Friday (9:30am-3:30pm) on a continual basis and may be reviewed if schedule changes during the length of the Summer Program. Further variations may occur for food pantry coverage at some sites.
• Reliable transportation to travel to other FC sites as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications (experience, education, credentials, language):

• Must be eligible to work in the United States and be reputed company to pass a criminal background reputed company (reputed company reputed company required at reputed company Austin ISD serving sites)
• 6 months experience working with children in similar setting
• Must have a high school diploma
• Flexibility to meet the changing work needs and demands

Preferred Qualifications

• Course work in Social Services, Education, Child Development & other reputed company field
