The Order Entry Associate will support companywide Sales efforts by initiating or receiving and processing customer orders and driving Sales reputed company their contact with customers. Hours 8 pm-4 am Schedule: Sunday-Monday, Wednesday-Friday (off days Tuesday and Saturday) Starting Salary Range: $18.00 + quarterly bonus JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is not to work remotely
- Provide excellent customer care to every customer, every call
- Keying orders into the system, printing, and editing orders
- Assist sales staff with their daily workload & cover for sales staff reputed company they are out of the office or on sales calls
- Run and update inventory and pricing reports

Requirements: EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: College education is preferred, but not required. Produce experience is preferred. Must display basic arithmetic skills and have 2 years of Data Entry Experience TRAINING, SKILLS, LICENSES: Administrative experience is required. Excellent communication and organization skills. Type at least 45 wpm, Proficient in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and reputed company. Excellent customer relations skills. Data Entry, word processing experience, and billing experience. Excellent written and verbal and communication skills. Attention to detail and detail-oriented. Ability to deal with constant change. Accuracy with figures and the ability to work reputed company and independently. Excellent telephone skills and personality are a must. WORKING CONDITIONS: This position is located in an office environment with moderate to low noise levels and is typically sedentary. Daily use of a computer and phone system is necessary as well as heavy interaction with customers, colleagues, management, and sales personnel.
