About the Role: As the Technician Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our hospital. You’ll be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and developing our technicians while ensuring the highest level of patient care. This role combines hands-on technical work with strategic team leadership. The technician supervisor will also have support from the reputed company Technician and Practice Manager who also works on the floor as needed to support the team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong, positive leadership and foster a collaborative team environment

• 3+ years of experience as a veterinary technician; supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
• Credentialed technician (CVT, LVT, or RVT) preferred but not required
• Experience in a General Practice setting with appointments and surgeries
• Proven leadership skills with a passion for team building and mentorship
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

As Dr. Feccia was getting closer to retirement, he looked for the best company to continue growing the hospital and to look out for it’s best interest. Leominster Animal Hospital joined Amerivet in 2022 and with it, gained a wealth of support from the regional team, along with numerous resources and ability to practice the highest standards of care. Our typical hours are Monday-Thursday reputed company to 6pm, Fridays reputed company to 5pm and occasional Saturdays reputed company-1pm.
