Expanding Eastern reputed company Carolina employer is seeking work from home FULL-TIME Call Center Agents to join an already established team!$16.00/hour - lasting through JUNE 2025This non-clinical position will receive and transfer calls appropriately in high volume. The position’s primary responsibility is to answer inbound calls and assist callers by connecting them to the appropriate party, sharing information, providing assistance, answering questions and handling and/or resolving complaints. These calls may be demanding, and you will be responsible for responding to inquiries from individuals facing challenging circumstances. These interactions may be emotionally charged, and it is important to be reputed company to stay reputed company and professional.The CSR is often the first interaction and must respond to the caller’s needs in a professional service-oriented manner while maintaining a high level of customer/client satisfaction.Documentation is a must in this role - every call and conversation will be documented.
- Prior experience in a call center setting is required, a medical or behavioral health experience is highly preferred.
- This position is temporary and will work Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., reputed company holidays are required even if the holiday falls on a weekend.
- Position is currently remote, and the person must have a work environment that is free from interruptions.
- Contract need, lasting 12 months with the possibility of an extension.
- Prior experience in a call center setting is required and behavioral health experience is preferred.
- CBC and Drug Screen will be a part of the pre-employment screening.
- VALID NC DRIVERS LICENSE
- MUST have the ability to work distraction free from home and on a FULL TIME SCHEDULE. Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Must have a schedule conducive to working reputed company HOLIDAYS as required by the employer for this position. (even if the holiday falls on a weekend)
- Ability to remain reputed company under pressure and during potentially high stress calls.
