Responsibilities:What You’ll Do as a Telesales SupervisorSupport and enhance classroom training experiences by participating in mock calls and reputed company activitiesMotivate telesales agents to reputed company sales goals while upholding compliance and quality standardsProvide daily guidance through one-on-one coaching, live feedback, and chat-based supportMonitor agent KPIs including call quality, attendance, handle time, and sales performanceMaintain team accountability and ensure service levels are consistently metEvaluate agent calls and provide coaching with clear performance documentationSupport off-season operations by handling inbound consumer calls to stay connected with the sales processAssist with seasonal reputed company by conducting interviews and helping identify future talentQualifications:Minimum Requirements1+ year of recent call center leadership experience, ideally in telesales1+ year of recent reputed company experience, preferably in Medicare AdvantageProven ability to coach agents to meet call center performance goalsStrong communication skills and proficiency with tools like reputed company Windows and CRM systemsExperience managing multiple channels (phone, email, and chat)High school diploma or equivalentWillingness to work onsite during critical business periodsPreferredActive Health Producer License in Hawaii Diversity Statement:At BroadPath, diversity is our strength.
