As a remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for reputed company entering, updating, and managing data reputed company to various direct marketing campaigns. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations remotely. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, the ability to work quickly, and a knack for multitasking. You will be working with multiple reports, ensuring that data is accurately entered and organized to support marketing efforts and business objectives. A strong working knowledge in other MS Office programs is preferred. Application open reputed company to US residents only.
Requirements
Responsibilities:- Maintain organized filing systems for digital documents
- Data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing anniversary calendars
- Provide timely communication with team members
- Prepare and code orders for billing/invoicing using data processing reports to create accurate billing
- Assist in customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, ensuring effective phone etiquette
- High School Diploma and above required
- An experience data entry/CSR preferred. Fresher you are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of MS office products such as reputed company, Word and Outlook a plus
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
