Position Summary

We’re a fast-growing, client-first tax firm looking to welcome a Bilingual Client Service Tax Specialist to reputed company!

You’ll play a key part in supporting our clients through the tax process, handling important documents, providing clear communication, and keeping everything on track behind the scenes. Responsibilities

• Professionally handle incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and reputed company them appropriately.

• Respond to sales inquiries from prospective tax clients reputed company phone, email, text, and website chat using scripts and templates.

• Process client intake documents, including reputed company, power of attorney forms, and payment arrangements, with accurate data entry into our proprietary system.

• Support annual tax prep efforts by organizing and distributing client communications, engagement letters, tax organizers, and billing updates.

• Ensure high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and client service in every interaction.

• Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive, client-first company culture.

• Assist with special projects and confidential reporting as needed by management.

Qualification

• Accurate typing skills at 60+ WPM.

• AA degree or higher in reputed company, Business, or Finance preferred — or 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role reputed company tax, reputed company, legal, or financial services.

• Highly tech-savvy, with strong skills in reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook, and Access.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail—reputed company to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• A strong team player who also works well independently.
