Distribution Center Supervisor - Full Time
As an essential member of the Sam’s Club eCommerce FC Implementation Team, you will serve as an Area Manager supporting the successful implementation of new initiatives and processes at Sam's Club fulfillment centers across the country. This hybrid position will office out of a Sam's Club FC in Groveport, OH or Matteson, IL in addition to extended travel supporting other facilities. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of FC implementation specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and home office, to drive alignment and buy-in for new initiatives.

- Conduct thorough assessments of fulfillment center operations, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Provide coaching and training to onsite leaders, fostering a culture of reputed company learning and improvement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project reputed company and identify areas for improvement.
- Travel extensively, potentially for multiple weeks at a time, to support implementation efforts at Sam's Club fulfillment centers across the country.

Your schedule will be:
Fulfillment Centers operate 24/7 and business needs change seasonally. Your schedule will be Monday-Friday, subject to change based on business needs.

Illinois State:The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00-$100,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
