(REMOTE) Personal Holiday Planner Agent

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-centric sales professionals like you to join our upcomingREMOTE | Personal Holiday Planner Agent for a start date of Monday, February 03, 2025. Currently considering residents from ONLY Florida, Georgia, reputed company Carolina and Texas. Essential Functions:

• Promote and sell reputed company cruises for Australia, by initiating contact with guests and acting on leads and/or prospects by phone both inbound and outbound calls. Required to meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
• Present cruise products and reputed company travel recommendations.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships by delivering excellent customer service such as making changes, upgrades and additions to reputed company bookings.
• Continue the relationship building of past and reputed company guests. Actively solicit new business.
• Maintain customer database of new and existing accounts to reputed company sales.
• Attend and participate in mandatory trainingand meetings as requiredwith their coach and management team on a regular and reputed company basis.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• ONLY considering residents from Florida, Georgia, reputed company Carolina and Texas.
• Preferred sales experience.
• Cruise line or travel industry experience a plus.
• Proficient in reputed company Suite including Teams and Outlook.Ability to learn and adapt to new technology.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Must have the ability to reputed company the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to other country business practices for calling and adhering to customer telemarketing standards, (i.e. Australia).
• Consistent and reliable attendance is an essential function of the role.
• Ability to be persuasive, build rapport quickly and easily.
• Ability to overcome objections.

• Shift Hours
  • TRAINING (4-week consecutive sessions)
    • (EST) 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
  • "AFTER" 4-week consecutive TRAINING sessions - Official Shift Schedule is as follows:
    • (EST) 07:00 PM - 04:00 AM Sunday through Thursday /(AU GMT+10) 09:00 AMto 06:00 PMMonday through Friday
• Salary
  • The starting hourly pay reputed company for this role is $15/hour plus a 6-month incentive guarantee plan.
