Medical Billing Specialist: Problem Solver
We are seeking a skilled and reputed company Medical Billing Specialist to join reputed company on a part-time basis. This role involves up to 5 hours per week, with workload varying depending on the volume of billing-reputed company issues. Our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, Fusion, streamlines the billing process, making it easy for someone with the right expertise to handle.
Responsibilities:
1) Investigate and resolve billing-reputed company issues as assigned weekly.
2) Address outstanding claims, payment delays, and any other billing discrepancies.
3) Submit authorizations and handle claim submissions reputed company.
4) Communicate effectively with team members regarding billing matters.
Requirements:
1) Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
2) Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical billing.
3) Familiarity with pediatric Occupational and Speech Therapy coding preferred.
4) Experience using Fusion billing platform is highly desirable.
