Claims Adjuster - Centralized
About the position
As a centralized claims adjuster, you will assist customers in resolving auto claims involving up to two vehicles primarily over the phone. This role focuses on accurately documenting claims details, interviewing involved parties, making coverage and liability decisions, and collaborating with peers to ensure consistency in accident details. You will receive ongoing coaching and development to support customers during stressful situations, reputed company while working remotely from Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of claim files from beginning to end ,
- Resolve and document auto claims as quickly and accurately as possible ,
- Interview reputed company involved in an accident to determine coverage and liability decisions ,
- Validate damage is consistent with the report of the accident ,
- Independently reputed company decisions reputed company to liability and coverages
Requirements
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience ,
- A minimum of two years post-secondary education
