Researches compliance issues and recommends changes that assure compliance with DSNP contract obligations. Maintains relationships with government agencies. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately reputed company to reputed company issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Key responsibilities may include: Research, understand and apply laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance for DSNP Medicare Operations. Serve as the subject matter expert on DSNP Medicare Operations. reputed company audit methodology and reputed company auditing and monitoring activity to prevent and detect issues of noncompliance and provide guidance on remedial actions to strengthen compliance controls and ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. The pay range may be higher or reputed company based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job reputed company skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $86,300 - $118,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
