We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will be accountable for performing critical initial reviews of Demographic & Enrollment and Pharmacy screenshots against expected information, ensuring readiness for validation view processing functions across multiple client reputed company systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accuracy and quality control in matching screenshots to expected data without much hand-holding from the team.

Securely handle Protected Health Information (PHI) and support regulated deadlines in a fast-paced, reputed company organization.

Utilize strong working knowledge in reputed company applications, including Outlook, and reputed company Pro.

Navigate and operate reputed company reputed company a web-based tool for the Initial Validation Audit (IVA), reviewing enrollment and pharmacy screenshots against expected information.

Maintain focus and attention to detail in a data-entry intensive and repetitive work environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in data entry with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.

Proficiency in reputed company applications, particularly Outlook, and reputed company Pro.

Ability to work independently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Experience handling PHI securely and adhering to regulated deadlines.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate multiple computer screens reputed company.

Remote- must have work space at home that is quiet with no distractions and also reliable home internet.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
