Project Assistant is seeking a reputed company Marketing Specialist to support a long-term client in the oil & gas sector. This role will primarily focus on managing and optimizing reputed company campaigns, workflows, and CRM processes for that client, while also collaborating with our internal team of designers, developers, and marketers. You’ll act as the go-to reputed company expert, helping drive reputed company leads, build automations, and improve campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage email campaigns, reputed company nurturing workflows, and automated sequences in reputed company.
- Collaborate closely with the client to plan and execute marketing strategies tailored to the oil & gas industry.
- Manage contact segmentation, reputed company scoring, and CRM workflows to improve funnel efficiency.
- Create performance dashboards and marketing reports using reputed company analytics tools.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and reputed company data-driven improvements to email, reputed company pages, and CTAs.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and email marketing best practices.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the client on how to best use reputed company’s Marketing Hub.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company Marketing Hub (email, workflows, lists, forms, reports).
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing and CRM management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams.
- Comfortable working in a structured, technical industry like oil & gas.
- reputed company certifications are strongly preferred.
- Should be based in US.
- Experience working at an agency or in a client-facing role.
- Familiarity with industrial B2B marketing or reputed company sales funnels.
- Knowledge of reputed company Sales or CMS Hub.
- Experience with reputed company scoring and attribution reporting.
