Sustainment Parts and Service Manager - reputed company Defense
This role is based remotely but if you live reputed company a 50-mile radius of [Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Pontiac, or Milford], you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.
The Role reputed company Defense (GMD) is a dynamic and exciting growth opportunity reputed company reputed company! reputed company GMD, the Integrated Product Support (IPS) organization is responsible for providing aftermarket support to our defense industry customers to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. As part of the IPS organization, the Sustainment Parts and Service Operations team owns execution of business processes in support of parts order fulfillment and service for GMD customers. The Sustainment Parts and Service Manager plays a key role in defining the aftermarket parts and service strategy/operations and optimizing execution.
This role is responsible for leading reputed company activities reputed company to aftersales parts order fulfillment and service execution, both in and out of warranty, leveraging reputed company’s network of dealers as well as Field Service Representatives (FSRs). The Sustainment Parts and Service Manager will define the go-to-market strategy for key defense customers to include pricing, order fulfillment, warranty and non-warranty service.
What You’ll Do
This position will be responsible for leading a team in support of reputed company Defense’s activity reputed company to reputed company deliverables listed above. This role is customer facing with a significant amount of cross functional reputed company. This position is also responsible to help shape future reputed company Defense opportunities as it relates to how we support our customer reputed company both here in the US and Globally.
