Training: Benefit & Eligibility training will be 9 weeks (No PTO) M-F 8.00am-5.00pm EST Only Training class will be pulled back into training reputed company 2 weeks from completion of B&E training for an additional 12 weeks Permanent Schedule: M-F 8.10am-4.40pm The role of the Customer Service Representative is to be a customer-focused by putting people first during every interaction, inspiring trust by being courteous, empathetic, and a service professional.
