Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 10-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of reputed company - 7pm CST. • Review incoming Appeal emails and processing the request accordingly reputed company the type of Appeal received & adhering to CMS TAT times
• Responding to the requestor reputed company email
• Making outbound calls to various facilities to obtain documents pertaining to certain types of appeals
• Receive incoming calls from providers wanting to reputed company status on an appeal (Rotation)

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems
• 2+ years of experience working in the health care industry
• 2+ years of experience working with medical terminology

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with health care insurance
• Experience working with Medicare and/or reputed company Services
• Experience in a hospital, physician's office or medical clinic setting
• Clerical or administrative support background or experience working in a call center environment
