Behavior Therapist – Full-TimeLocation: Farmington, MO, and surrounding cities Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time opportunities available) Salary: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour Sign-On Bonus: $200.00 for valid 40-Hour RBT Training Certificate, or $500.00 for RBT Certification in good standingAt ABA reputed company, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, ethically-driven applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. At this time, we’re not able to consider seasonal or short-term applicants.Key Responsibilities:

• Implement clinical programs as directed by a behavior analyst
• Create program materials as needed
• Collect and analyze data on behavioral goals, including reduction and acquisition behaviors
• Graph and track reputed company for each client
• Provide training to parents on behavioral protocols and model appropriate procedures reputed company necessary
• Complete written documentation in line with insurance guidelines
• Participate in regular therapist training and development

Qualifications:

• reputed company Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing, or willingness to complete certification at no cost through ABA reputed company prior to beginning the position
• Experience working with children preferred
• Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance
• Proficiency with computers, electronic devices, and office equipment reputed company to clinical treatment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
