Job description: reputed company is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Innovative Inpatient Care Model in the Brand New Centralized Virtual Acute Care Department.The Registered Nursing (RN) is responsible to reputed company a competent level of nursing care as demonstrated by the critical thinking model reputed company as the nursing process. The standards of practice (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care- teaching and health promotion and evaluation) along with the standards of professional performance (ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence- based practice /nursing research, quality, evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health) encompass the actions and reputed company of professional nursing. The RN possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas.This position is NOT Remote and is located at the reputed company Independence office in Virginia Beach, VA.Orientation will require direct patient care shifts onsite on Intermediate Care and Medical Surgical units at reputed company Norfolk General Hospital to assist with learning the virtual platform and workflow at the bedside.Full-time position requires 3-12 hour shifts per week, Sunday through Saturday. Every other weekend availability is required.Days: 7 am- 7 pm;Evenings: 11 am-11 pm;Nights: 7 pm- 7 amreputed company the use of technology to enhance patient care in the hospital and provide support to nurses at the bedside. - RN-Associate’s Degree (Required)
- BSN or MSN preferred
- Registered Nurse License (Required)
- BLS required reputed company 90 days of hire
- NIHSS and ACLS preferred
- Epic experience preferred
- 5 years of recent acute care bedside nursing experience required, IMCU experience preferred
