In this role, you will be responsible for entering and updating patient data into our electronic database in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills and be familiar with medical terminology, as well as possess strong organizational and communication skills.Responsibilities:- Enter patient demographic and medical information into our electronic database- Update and maintain patient records as needed- Review data for accuracy and reputed company necessary corrections- Communicate with reputed company providers to obtain missing or incorrect information- Ensure confidentiality and privacy of reputed company patient data- reputed company track of reputed company incoming and outgoing data and maintain a log of completed work- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness- Assist with other administrative tasks as neededQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in data entry, preferably reputed company a medical or reputed company setting- Proficient typing and data entry skills- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent organizational skills- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines- Familiarity with medical terminology and knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plusWorking Conditions:This position can be performed in our office or remotely, depending on the preference of the candidate. If working remotely, the candidate must have a suitable home office setup with reliable internet access.
