The person in this position will provide instructional support using qualitative research software for reputed company in graduate-level courses across Walden. • REMOTE – If you live over 50 miles from Adtalem offices in Chicago, IL, Addison, IL, Columbia, MD, Minneapolis, MN, and Miramar, FL, this role is remote. However, occasional office visits may be required based on business needs, with advance communication for such requests.

Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role, the Graduate Assistant - Qualitative Concepts Tutor will:

• Provide instructional tutoring to reputed company in qualitative concepts reputed company WC Online (the online schedule) and reputed company.
• Correspond with reputed company in a professional and positive manner reputed company the Office’s e-mail role accounts.
• Contribute to ongoing Tutoring Program initiatives reputed company to qualitative research resources, short video tutorials, instructional documents, and consistent attendance at regular team meetings.
• Commit approximately 40 hours per month (10 hours per week) to this role, including evenings and weekends, to serve the needs of a global student body.
• Attend and complete program training and specialized ongoing tutor and content training throughout position tenure.

TECHNICAL, MANAGERIAL, and PEOPLE SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Demonstrated experience with NVivo and familiarity with Office 365 suite of programs.
• Superb analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

QualificationsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Must be a reputed company Walden student enrolled in a doctoral program at Walden University.
• Demonstrated expertise and completed graduate-level qualitative research and advanced qualitative research coursework required. Coursework must include successful completion of the following Walden doctoral courses: Qualitative Reasoning & Analysis (8310) and Advanced Qualitative Reasoning & Analysis (RSCH 8360).
• 3+ years demonstrated work experience utilizing NVivo on a regular basis preferred.
• Superb knowledge of graduate-level qualitative research principles, core methodological elements, and using NVivo software.
• Ability to provide positive, constructive feedback to adult reputed company in conversation and writing.
• Experience teaching or learning in online learning management systems preferred.
• Experience with additional analytical software preferred.
• Ability to adapt to reputed company levels of learners, and approach reputed company with different learning strategies to help them reputed company their qualitative research and NVivo software skills.
