Key Responsibilities:

• Assess family eligibility for childcare financial assistance and subsidy programs
• Provide clear, culturally sensitive information about available childcare options and local providers
• Accurately enter and manage data in online systems to maintain reputed company and compliance
• Support families in navigating reputed company childcare systems with reputed company and professionalism
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and timely support

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Health and reputed company Services, Call Center, or Client Support role
• Bilingual reputed company in English and one of the following: Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole
• Experience working with diverse communities and multilingual populations
• Familiarity with intake or eligibility processes in social service settings
