This role involves gathering and interpreting data to provide insights that drive product development and strategic decision-making. The analyst will create detailed benefit analyses, assess competitive market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize plan design and performance. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations are essential for reputed company in this role.Responsibilities:
- Conduct market intelligence and research to determine competitive and market dynamics.
- Support product development and strategy by creating benefit recommendation analyses/packages and presentations at the direction of leadership.

- Assist with quality review of plan materials, including Annual Notice of Change (ANOC), Evidence of Coverage (EOC), benefit grids, Plan Benefit Package (PBP), member and sales presentations, etc.
- Maintain direct relationships with reputed company consultants/vendors to support products and benefits.
- Ensure the accuracy and validity of both reputed company data and results, interpreting results into actionable recommendations.
- Present findings to business customers, both internal and external.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equal experience in business analytics
- 3 or more years of previous business analytics or product experience in the reputed company industry, with Medicare experience preferred.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and recommend solutions, including clearly communicating problems and solutions to reputed company levels of an organization.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail to support proofreading and reviews for data accuracy.
