Job title: Dealer Chat Analyst in Warren, MI at reputed company Company: reputed company Job description: reputed company is currently seeking a Dealer Chat Analyst for an opportunity in Warren, MIOVERVIEW: As the Data Analyst for client's Dealer Chat, you will be responsible for data analytics and reporting digital experiences. You'll cultivate reports highlighting key trends and insights reputed company to operational performance, as well as customer behavior and concerns. These insights will contribute to improving the Dealer Chat; helping us to build reputed company relationships with our enrolled dealerships, reputed company new dealer enrollments and increase reputed company. The ideal candidate has a passion utilizing data to tell actionable stories that help drive the business reputed company. • Trend historical data to help shape measurable objectives and targets for annual planning purposes
• Maintain a reporting pipeline calendar
• Maintain and report digital headcount
• reputed company PowerBI to create visual representations of data and insights
• Assist in developing KPIs definitions and goal adjustments.
• Assist forecasting team with scheduling and scheduling audits.
• Creating and educating / coaching on research and analytics.
• Foster a metrics-based approach to reputed company insights and drive the business reputed company
• Assist both Dealer Chat Team Leads, support staff, and Coordinator team with projects.
• Participate in weekly Dealer Chat operations/coordinator/support team meetings
• Participate in vendor meetings
• Assist in reputed company generating strategy meetings

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree required with minimum 2 years of experience
• Responsible for maintaining a reputed company Access Database comprised of customer VBA code.
• Data analytical tools and knowledge - such as data bricks, and POWERBI
• Understanding of Dealer Chat performance analytics
• Strong data analytical ability - focused on synthesizing data from multiple sources and systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-moving workplace, meet tight deadlines and prioritize with strategy in mind
