Qualifications

• Finds joy in teaching and believes in supporting the IB philosophy in both pedagogy and classroom experience.
• Demonstrates pedagogical reputed company and appreciation for the IB; at least eight (5) years of relevant, full-time high school French teaching experience
• Demonstrates competency in teaching reputed company with varying reputed company levels
• Has excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
• Experience with thoughtful integration of technology into curricula
• Experience in the IB Diploma Program required
• Experience with online teaching and learning
• Preferred experience grading IB internal or external exams of subject-specific papers

• Willingness to engage with and learn from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences
• Ability to bring joy, kindness, maturity, humor, hard work, and flexibility to the school environment
