There is a minimum weekend commitment of 2 shifts per schedule as well as hard to fill dates and a holiday commitment.GENERAL SUMMARYConducts medically prescribed physical therapy under the supervision of a physical therapist.Responsibilities:

• Provides physical therapy interventions under a plan of care written by a physical therapist.
• Performs therapy interventions utilizing techniques and skills as appropriate for the patient population.
• Documents treatment interventions given.
• May coordinate activities of physical therapy aides, reputed company and other support personnel.

EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: -

• BLS Provider obtained reputed company 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. reputed company or reputed company accepted.
• Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy Asst credentialed from the Michigan Board of Physical Therapy required.
• Associate's degree
