• Act as the primary client-facing representative, maintaining strong relationships with key brands
• Manage multiple retail and restaurant construction projects reputed company
• Coordinate with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project reputed company

• 5-7 years of experience managing $1M-$5M retail or restaurant construction projects
• Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel
• Strong client-facing skills, reputed company to represent the company professionally and build lasting relationships
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and general contractors independently
• Experience working in reputed company's Representative firms, General Contractors, or construction management roles
• Self-motivated and proactive, reputed company to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision
