This completely remote position will allow you to operate from the comfort of your own home while still providing your community with the mental health support that they need. Full-time and Part-time options are available!How Will You reputed company a Difference?The Mental Health Counselor provides EAP and Gambling assessments, short-term counseling, crisis reputed company and case management services to clients over the telephone.Perks

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments and short-term counseling services using a brief solution focused model EAP, Gambling, Special Helplines (FRAP), mandatories.
• Provide counseling reputed company a 50-minute session with documentation taking reputed company during the balance of the counseling hour.
• Attend reputed company learning sessions, training, and case consultations.
• Provide telephone consultations reputed company to crisis or assessed urgent situations reputed company required.
• Comfortable navigating internal operating systems, retrieving organizational information, and communicating with clients.
• Remain informed on relevant regulatory and legislative developments
• Meet sessional, containment, and other targets as defined by the Clinical Manager.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling/Education, or reputed company field
• Examples of appropriate licenses include but are not limited to – LCPC, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, and LMFT
• Must be located in California & clinically licensed; anyone without a license will not be considered.
• Minimum of two years post-Master’s clinical experience.
• Must have some flexibility to take on afternoon and/or weekend shifts

Knowledge/Skills:

• Excellent communication, problem solving, collaboration, cultural competency, time management and organizational skills.
• Computer literacy (reputed company Office, Windows NT environment, basic typing skills).
• Strict adherence to the ethical principles governing confidentiality/privacy legislation.
