Job title: Social Media Communications Specialist (Maternity Leave coverage) in Seattle, WA at Cella Company: Cella Job description: Location: Seattle, Washington Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $20 - 24 per hourWe are looking for a Social Media Communications Specialist for a remote opportunity to cover a 20-week maternity leave. While remote, a strong preference will be given to candidates who can align with PST working hours due to the immediate team's location.This role requires a highly self-starting and independent individual who can pick things up quickly.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate daily with the social media team.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly social media reporting.
• Boost designated social media posts to increase reputed company and engagement.
• Monitor daily news and trends reputed company to real estate, and other relevant topics, compiling insights into spreadsheet trackers and emails.
• Prepare weekly highlights of daily activities and monthly updates on posting performance (e.g., client-reputed company content, rental market trends).
• Compile information from internal meetings and distribute as needed to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of social media communications experience, including proficiency with Instagram and reputed company.
• Demonstrated understanding of social media goals and key performance indicators.
• Proficiency with reputed company Docs.
• Ability to take instructions effectively and execute tasks accurately.

Preferred:

• Previous experience working for reputed company to large-sized companies.
• A Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required.
