Job title: Remote Administrative Data Assistant in Stamford, CT at Strata Information Technology Company: Strata Information Technology Job description: $31 per hourAs a Remote Administrative Data Assistant at Strata IT, you will play a vital role in assisting our team with various administrative tasks and data management. you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborate with talented professionals, and develop your skills in data management.Key Responsibilities:- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently for a wide range of projects.- Collaborate with team members to ensure all data is organized and up-to-date.- Create and maintain databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity.- Assist with data analysis and reporting as directed by the team.- Respond promptly and courteously to data-related inquiries from team members.- Follow established data management policies and procedures.- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.- Manage and organize electronic and physical files to ensure accessibility and confidentiality.- Proactively identify and suggest improvements for data management processes.- Support other team members with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a tech or software company.- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.- Proficient in data entry and familiar with data management processes.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with data analysis tools is a plus.- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.- Comfortable working in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.
