Responsibilities include:

• Work diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalate to appropriate level reputed company necessary.

Requirements:

• Property/Casualty Insurance License required
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
• 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired. Customer Service experience required.
• Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
• Remote working experience a plus
• Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $20 - $21.50/hour based on the candidate's experience, education.
