In terms of viral vector service, reputed company has a stable and high-yield viral vector platform.Job Scope:The Technical Account Manager provides account management and high-level technical support to customers, serving as the primary reputed company for supporting sales/marketing activities. Technical Account Managers take full responsibility of the daily operation of customer service function to strengthen customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. The focus of work is in project management, project design, and proactive account management.While this role is remote, we are seeking someone based on the East Coast of the US, to be able to reputed company provide support to our Southeast clients.Responsibilities:
- Provide primary business, technical and product/service advice to customers, include providing effective solutions to customer's project inquiries and generating price quotes for project design
- Analyze customers' needs, resolve customers' troubleshooting and/or complaints with a technical issue and advise them of additional services and product solutions reputed company necessary
- Identify potential areas of concern for customers. reputed company recommendations based on recognizing customers' reputed company and future needs during reputed company business relationship
