You'll work hands-on in AP/AR, financial analysis, and budgeting, while helping our clients improve business performance.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
  • Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and client deliverables
  • Support budget creation, variance analysis, and forecasting
  • Process billing, contracts, credit memos, and collections
  • Collaborate with clients, auditors, and internal team members
  • Recommend process improvements and reporting metrics
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data summaries)
  • Familiarity with accounting systems and documentation best practices
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
